Shipping Policy

Described below are the site-wide policies of which apply to all sales and purchases made on the website. These policies are applicable to shop level policies that are available on the product description page. However, in the unexpected case of contradiction, these policies will overrule the shop level policies.

Shipping and Exchange

  • We offer an only exchange of the product with a new one in case of a product damaged or wrong delivery.
  • Once an order is dispatched, if the order or product will return to us because of the wrong address, we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
  • No returns or Exchange is done when the customer has opted for stitching and customization in the order.
  • All exchange requests to be intimated to via mail support within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 12 days and then reprocess/reship the order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please reach out to us via the contact form.
